The Glow Row is a fundraiser that helps support our special needs community in Quincy IL. All funds go towards our adaptive program! We will have a live DJ, food for purchase, free prizes, raffles, body paint, glow accessories, and a lot of GLOW FUN. Prizes will be handed out to the overall winners and to the team with the best SPIRIT ( best dressed, best-decorated area).
