Open to all residents of Lee Co, IA, and Clark Co, MO. We serve children to age 13 and special needs children. You will need to bring a government issued photo ID and a piece of official mail with your name and current address listed. If the address on your ID is not current, you will need 2 pieces of mail. Guardianship papers are required, if applicable.
