A large annual Rummage Sale at Wesley UMC, 1212 W. Calhoun, Macomb, is set for 8am-6pm Fri, Mar 13 and 8am-noon Sat, Mar 14 in Fellowship Hall on the lower level. On Sat. all items in Fellowship Hall are one-half price; at 11am a $1 bag sale starts, as well as special pricing in the children’s room and the “better” room.
The sale features men’s and women’s clothing, bedding, books, appliances, holiday items, shoes, accessories and more. The children’s room includes clothing, games, books, puzzles and toys; and a “better” room has higher quality jewelry and ceramics, gently-worn designer clothing, shoes and handbags. Coffee shop hours are 8am-3pm Fri. and 8-11am Sat. Lunch will be served from 11am-2pm Friday.
Donation drop-offs are being accepted at the lower level NW door between 4-6pm Thursday-Friday, March 5-6, 8am-noon Saturday, March 7, and 8am-5pm Monday-Wednesday, March 9-11.
Money raised is given to local and regional missions, including Loaves and Fishes, Samaritan Well and Salvation Army.
