What is a Les Mills & Water in Motion Launch?
Les Mills (LM) & Water in Motion (WIM) are two brands of classes offered at The Kroc Center. LM & WIM use fantastic music and targeted choreography to create some of the most engaging, calorie burning, yet fun fitness classes. Approximately every 3-4 months the programs launch new workouts with new choreography and music. Any time you hear we are having a ‘launch’ means new workouts will be introduced.
During launches Les Mills (Live) and Water in Motion drop-in fitness classes are FREE for both Silver and Gold members and guests. When we aren’t in ‘launch mode’ these classes will have a fee for Silver level and non-members.
