Step back to the 1800’s at the Log Cabin Village. There’ll be re-enactors and displays in the cabins and around the Village. Visit with Lincoln as Portrayed by Fritz Klien. See how to spin wool, learn tatting. You may want to visit the herb garden to talk with Janet about how herbs were used in the 1800’s. Talk about religion in the 1800’s with Paul who portrays Asa Turner in the Log Church. Games and activities for the children. Standing Bear Council and Nauvoo on the Road also plan to be in attendance along with others. Lunch is available in the shelter house.
