Come expecting to learn more about mental health and your relationship with the Lord. You will learn more about symptomology, practical coping skills, cognitive distortions, and core beliefs, all based on a Christ-centered model.
All three presenters are trained licensed professionals, and you will experience one session with each of them.
A continental breakfast will be provided, free of charge.
