The Central Adams Firecrackers 4H club will hold their 18th Annual “Meating” the Need Community Service project following the Memorial Day Service on Monday, May 27 starting at approximately noon at the Paloma Shelter House, Paloma, IL. The cook-out will feature grilled hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, strawberry pie, various desserts, etc. This will be a freewill donation. Proceeds will go toward the purchase of ground beef for families in need to be distributed through the Community for Christ Assistance Center in Camp Point, IL.
